We'll be in Orlando for conference in January, and we're planning to get a condo. The conference will be at the Gaylord Palms. I know where that is because we were just in Orlando last summer...we rented a condo on Poinciana Blvd and we liked it. I'm interested in trying something new because I'm just addicted to change.

I've read very nice things about Windsor Palms & Windsor Hills. Where exactly are they relative to Gaylord Palms???

Thanks!

3. Merge onto I-4 E via the ramp to Orlando 1.5 mi 1 min
4. Take exit 65 for Osceola Pkwy toward Animal Kingdom/Wide World of Sports 0.6 mi 1 min
5. Turn left at W Osceola Pkwy 0.3 mi

Looks pretty close, it's not far at all, about as far as getting to DTD from WHR.

Gaylord from WH is very easy to get to and you can totally avoid I4, if fact you don't need I4 at all.

Simply go out to the main road (Old Lake Wilson) and turn right. At the light at 192 turn RIGHT. Stay on 192 until you get to International Drive and then turn LEFT. Gaylord is on the left.

Another way that takes you through WDW property and really is the fastest way:

Go out main entrance of WH. Make the first LEFT onto Morgan-Williams and then the 1st LEFT onto Funie Steed. At the stop sign turn RIGHT onto Entry Point road. At the stop light go straight (now the road becomes Sherberth). At the light you are on property, AKL will be to your LEFT. Turn RIGHT-you are now on Osceola Parkway. Take Osceola Parkway to Gaylord Palms. It will be on your RIGHT.

It sounds complicated but really it's very VERY easy.

I would probably avoid I-4 too, those are just the directions Google gave. I'd go the route mentioned up to Osceola Parkway and cut over, it's very close. Didn't actually realize it was so close, maybe we'll stop by next week and eat dinner there one night actually! :)

Its the same for the other communities in that area too (Windsor Palms, Emerald Island, Rolling Hills etc)

To get to Gaylord Palms I would take the Osceola Parkway through Disney (Sherbeth Road entrance) avoiding both the I4 and 192
