concierge welcome letter

Did anybody get a welcome letter in the room when the check in to the concierge room or suite

Hi there...

When we arrived at Animal Kingdom Lodge, the bellman had our room keys and welcome package ready and waiting.

The welcome package contained a letter.. welcoming us to concierge and outlined the services and a personal itinerary of things we had booked so far (ie) meals...

I go the same sort of package at check in at the GF. But before we arrived, maybe two weeks out, we got a phone call from a concierge CM asking us if there was anything he could do for us.

Hello, emmett w.smith jr. Yes, we have had welcome letters waiting for us along with flowers and/or fruit & nut baskets when we have checked into a few of our WDW suites. I think that personal touch is always such an unexpected thrill. Will you be checking into a suite on your next WDW stay?
