Concierge w/suites?

I've been trying to figure it out on my own but haven't found an answer. Thought someone here would know. If you have a suite is the concierge service included? Thanks.

Not all suites include concierge. A suite in wings at Contemporary was one of our choices and it did not include concierge(which is 12 or 14the floor of tower). This is the only example I definitely know of so there may be others.

I should have specified. I'm deciding between Yacht & Beach Club.Does anyone know?

I’ve stayed in a number of suites at both the Yacht and Beach Club, and yes concierge services are included in the accommodations.

One year I was on the Grand Plan and staying in a two-bedroom suite at the Grand Floridian Resort. There was NO concierge service with the suite. The next time I stayed at the Grand Floridian in a two-bedroom suite, I was not on the Grand Plan and yet concierge service WAS included. So, as you can see, everything is subject to change without prior notice.

If you want concierge service with a suite, make sure you book it that way and get it in writing. Lately, it appears that most suites do include concierge service; however, I would hate for you to count on that level of service and then have your vacation experience lessened because the rules changed at the last minute and you did not receive what you thought you were going to receive.

I just assumed concierge service came with suites. We have a 2 bedroom main building suite at the GF booked for this Christmas. I'll be calling CRO as soon as the lines open to check this!!

I called CRO today and they confirmed for me that RPC concierge would be included with my 2 bedroom suite. They also said that all suites at the GF come with concierge service, regardless of the package or suite type.
