The more research I do, the more confused I am.

I am sailing on a 4 night disney wish cruise, concierge room. I thought there were 5 people to budget tips for 1. Head server 2. Assistant server, 3. Server, 4. Host, 5. Assistant host. I figured $50 per person - I’ll bring $250 in cash. But I saw a list with 5 concierge hosts and 5 concierge servers that the cruise left with a guest at the end for tipping. How many people am I supposed to budget for in total?

Your original 5 people that you listed are the standard gratuities. That will be $15.50 per person in your stateroom per night and will be charged to your onboard account automatically. You can add more at your discretion. Concierge gratuities are separate. You will receive a paper in your stateroom on the 2nd to last night for you to fill out what you want to give the concierge staff. It will list who all was in the lounge taking care of you and that includes the 5 concierge hosts and 5 bartenders/servers. That amount is totally up to you. Disney puts out a recommendation of $8 per person on your stateroom per night. I find that number extremely low personally. Many people on other social media sites push for $25 per person per night but I find that too high. We always tip somewhere in between depending on service (which was less than stellar on the Wish compared to other ships). We also tip the bartenders some in cash at the beginning of the cruise.
