Concierge question

Does anybody know if the cost of the concierge is per room or per reservation? Due to the size of my family, we need two rooms at any of the onsite hotels. We would of course request adjoining, but I'm not sure it's a request they'll always be able to honor.

On our most recent trip we stayed in a 3 bedroom suite at the DLH and we only got one concierge charge for our entire party (11 in total).

I'm trying to decide, if we do elect to us the concierge service again, if it would be better to do 2 rooms on the AP discount or perhaps do a 2 bedroom suite.

First a 3 bedroom suite at the DLH and now 2 rooms at the GCH, you should consider buying DVC

It is per room. That's part of why we get a suite at the pier.

We were actually looking at PPH, but yes DVC has crossed our minds.

I did call and got some information. Suites not on club level have the option of upgrading to club level. Suites on club level are automatically charged that way. Club level is not something you can "add" to rooms - you either are in a standard room or you are in a club level room. So you are correct, it is per room (and it's $100 difference for PPH, $125 for DLH, not sure about GCH). Unfortunately, PPH is completely sold out of suites for our dates and the DLH is more than we want to spend. As much as I love staying onsite, it was only because we had my parents with us. Our budget is more off-site. It looks like we'll be staying at Hojo.

Thank you for all your help.

You might want to try renting points for a future trip. A 1-bedroom (or larger) will let you experience everything that makes VGC so awesome :goodvibes
I don't miss concierge, and just bring food from home.

The 3-bedroom Grand Villa has 4 full baths, which is great with large groups :thumbsup2
(Who's going to stay there, amphibians? :lmao:)
