Concierge Question AND AP question

So the room is booked at the WL with the email discount code (which I still can not get over that I received one ) We are for the first time trying a deluxe and concierge.

Now for the first question - when should I expect to hear from the concierge CM to book my PS and such. And do I receive a phone call, a letter, an email?

As for the 2nd question- do you think it would still be beneficial to get an AP in order to get a possible discount on the room, or is the email code going to be greater than what is usually offered to AP holders?

You may want to contact the WL IPO before your 90 day date. Since you are going in December you have some time. If you check the Lizard Lounge thread someone could give you the email and or number to the IPO. I don't have it with me.

Not sure about the email rate vs. AP rate. When AP rates come out, you could always call and ask what the rate is and compare the prices. Then if the AP rate is better change the ressie to an AP rate.

Lately all of the discounts have been roughly the same amount of money. For summer, every offer was around $75 off of deluxe. Depending on how many nights you're staying, though, you may be better off with an AP. We stay at least ten nights, so an AP is cheaper than any other pass. Check the prices on the passes to see if you can save money with an AP. Also, if you're planning to go twice in one year, an AP is a great deal.

You can call the concierge and request that a planning sheet be sent to you and/or you can email your PS to the itinerary planning office. I always contact BWI itinerary planning about 110 days out to ensure that they receive my information well in advance of 90 days.

I contacted WL concierge via email and Melissa has been great at obtaining our ps and filling our other requests. Their email is

We obtained an ap rate of $260.00 plus tax for our trip of 9/26 to 10/2.
