We have 4 nights booked at AKV Concierge for September.

Someone told me that stayed at AKL Concierge that they sent her some forms to fill out as to her request for reservations.

Do they do the same for AKV Concierge guest?

And I am renting points for the stay, so will they send the form to the person I am renting from or to me?

When I stayed at AKV concierge in May, I did not get a form to fill out. I contacted them myself and sent them my requests via email.

I just made a reservation last week and was told that the planning desk would contact me 200 days prior to arrival to get my requests for my trip. I hope this ensures I will get the popular 180 day ADR picks.
