Concierge Lounge of Dream v. Fantasy - notable differences?

We have cruised Dream several times in Concierge. Thinking of doing Fantasy. From photos lounge looks the same but curious if there are any differences? Also, did they put a hot tub on concierge deck as they did with Dream? Any input appreciated. Thanks!

Since the Fantasy's return from dry dock last year, there is really no difference between the two CL areas. The Fantasy now has a hot tub and roof over the sun deck as additions since dry dock.

The biggest difference is the time. You get more time to enjoy it on the Fantasy
