Will someone PLEASE explain this to me in detail? I've never heard of it. What is included, how do you get it?

I have booked this my next trip at AKL. It is a extra cost, sort of a VIP level at the resort.

Once book, the Concierge CM can make dining arrangements, tour arrangements, car rentals etc. It also includes robes and turn down service.

There is also a lounge where you can get breakfast, snacks, appetizers, desserts and drinks.

We are going to the AKL in December and the guest on this level can take a Sunrise Safari.

I will report after my trip.
