Best to do a search on the boards, if the function is up and running. Also, I'd suggest looking at Deb Wills' site - www.wdwig.com - which has good info on concierge offerings and some first hand reports.

I went concierge in March in WL and for us the upgrade price (which was significantly reduced) was definitely worth it. However, ordinarily it can be very expensive.

I would not stay concierge level on you first few trips to WDW. You spend most of your time in the parks and cannot enjoy what concierge has to offer.

We go in Feb. and with the parks closing early we enjoy the lounge in the evenings. The continental breakfast is perfect for us and I love the extra special treatment you get.
