Do they contact you in advance like Disney's IPO does?
...maybe help with reservations, getting a suprise delivered to the room...etc..etc..

I have stayed at HRH conceirge but I was upgraded upon check in. I am staying at PBH conceirge in April and just todaycalled to make a reservation and conceirge got on the phone took my info and called me back at home with my reservation. I have a sense they will help you in anyway they can but they did not call me in advance.

I stayed conceirge at Animal Kingdom Lodge and did not feel like I got any special treatment at all, very disappointed, though I loved the lounge and offerings they were nothing compare to the Universals properties IMHO.

Have you stayed at the Hard Rock before? I loved, loved conceirge there. They even gave the daughter a Little Rock bathrobe. It was so cute.

Nope, only RPR when staying onsite. I've visited HRH and seen a standard room there, but wasn't sure what concierge actually offered besides the lounge and benefits upon arrival.

Booked at HRH Deluxe for now..family big breakfast eaters so plan on eating at the Kitchen...The size of the room appealing..I believe 500 sq feet. Have 2 adults, 1 college age, and 1 middle schooler...Extra space might be nice.

RP Concierge also appealing though...

Any thoughts?????

They only time they have contacted me prior to getting there was for the express check-in. But, I think that had more to do with the Platnium loews first than actually staying on club level. The club concierge will definitely help you will reservations, etc when you are there - not so sure about beforehand.
