Does anyone happen to have the phone number for the concierge desk or a manager? I need a little help with my reservation, and I think the best way to take care of it would be to contact them directly.

Thanks!

I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think you can contact them directly from outside of the resort.

All calls to resorts go to a call center; there are no published direct numbers that I'm aware of.

Since all reservations for Disney resorts are handled centrally, unless you're within a few days of your arrival, the resort wouldn't have access to your reservation yet, anyway. For problems with your reservation, call 407-WDISNEY. If necessary, you can ask to speak to a reservations manager.

Thanks for the replies - I don't have a problem with my reservation....

my issue is that I am trying to get some help planning a surprise for my kids. My husband, who will be returning from deployment, will be arriving and surprising the kids, and I'm trying to clear some things and make it known to the resort before it happens.

We have a welcome home, daddy sign, and want to see if someone would be able to take some pictures for me, as I will probably be a blubbering mess at the time. We haven't seen him in a year, so this will be a very special welcome home surprise.

This is why I would like to speak to someone directly at the resort if possible, since they are the people who actually work there.

Wow! That is wonderful! I would call Disney reservations and have them note something on your reservation and ask if there is anyone you can speak to to help you make these arrangements before you arrive.

If you can't make arrangements before your arrival, could your children explore the gift shop or go to the arcade while you secretly speak to concierge? I'm not sure how old your children are, so that may not be a possibility. I am sure they will be happy to make this a wonderful event for your family.

You may also want to consider calling Disney Event Photography to take pictures? Here is their website: http://www.disneyeventphotography.com/

Have an amazing, homecoming trip with your family!

No answers for you but this is so sweet! We are prepping for my husband to leave soon so I'm happy you're looking at the end of your separation!!

Definitely have it noted on your reservation prior to arriving.

Make you sign up for photopass before you leave and get some wonderful family pictures.

When you check into the resort, let the staff know what you are doing and let the fun ensue. I bet many people just checking would enjoy sharing the joy as well!

I'll be down there from the 8-15th and would be more than happy to arrange that to Be put up there at a different time by a friend who lives down there! PM me and lete know how I can help!

No help, but wanted to say that is a wonderful surprise! Thank you to your husband for his service. Have a magical vacation!

I don't have the info you need but keep trying. In 2006 I did a split stay at asmu and wl while there I went to the front desk and got the direct # to each of those resorts and gave it to my family at home(had a sick relative)so they do have direct #'s but they are not easily found

(407) 938-7000. I called the # to make sure. It is definitely their direct #.

Nope, it is a Central Call Center that answers as if they are in the resort. The CM will determine how the calls will be directed. Late at night, they are not even in the State of Florida.

Imagine if people could call the front desk directly; CM's would not have time to service their customers. And Disney does want you to think that you actually are speaking to someone in the resort. It is all about the illusion.
