How does it work to make ressies for the concierge collection? How many months ahed can I make ressies? Why arent there points charts for 2012 for the concierge collection? thanks!

From the member website under Vacation Planning > Making Reservations > Booking Guidelines:

Concierge Collection
Please note:

• The Rule of Four applies.
• All reservations are subject to availability.
• The booking window is from 11 months to 7 days in advance.
• A non-refundable US$95 transaction fee applies per confirmed reservation for bookings through the Concierge Collection.
• A change to a reservation is considered a cancellation and rebooking, and will require an additional non-refundable US$95 transaction fee.
• It payment of fees is not received at the time of confirmation, Disney Vacation Club reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
• Some Reservation Points charts may not be available at the 11-month booking window.

DVC has to renegoiate reimbursement rates with these resorts every year. This is why the 2012 point charts are not out yet. They may have rates for some of the resorts if you call.

Club Cordial

Reservations for Cordial are made by paper, so takes a few days. They can be made up to 10 months and 7 days out. If you want to schedule more than one, you have separate $95 fees.

Club Intrawest

For Club Intrawest it's 7 months and 7 days for 6 days or longer (but can't be 7 days) and 4 months 7 days our for stays less than 6 days. And given CI system, that means the chances of getting something good like Xmas or Easter Whistler or Xmas HI is essentially zero.
