Hi yall
So we have now switched back to the yc cl for our trip in 19 days !!!! Gf never had an opening with our code boo

But i had a question dose anyone know where the st yc cl rooms are in relation to the lounge?

BC lounge has a fridge, but they remove the beer when appitizers are done
Are you allowed to ask for a Beer after they are taken away? I have done that in the past when staying Club Level at the Contemporary, (Prior to them keeping Beer in their fridge until 10:00 PM.) Polynesian and Boardwalk Inn.

CR Resort Fan--Can you request a beer at anytime from the Atrium Club or are they strict with the times? DH wants to know

Prior to 5:00 PM you can ask for a Beer before they are put out. However from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM they are put out in the fridge that's in the lounge.

On the 14th floor is the beer available all day or same as 12 floor? DH has to work some and won't be touring parks he would like beer during the day.

From 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM they still keep out the Wine with their various Cordials. Now at the Club Level lounges without a fridge that take away the Beer at 7:00 PM if you still want one before 10:00 PM you can ask for one.

Is there a fridge on the 14th floor?

I don't know if there is a fridge on the 14th floor, however I am sure if you wanted one before 5:00 PM you can ask just like on the 12th floor.

I'm thrilled to report that we are now officially booked YC CL for next March. We have had a room only reservation booked for a while now, but I was worried we would have to change it if a good discount came out. Well, today we got the free dining with our YC CL reservation.

So now I'm officially hanging out on the CL board again! Yeah!

We've stayed CL at WL and CR, and now I can't wait to experience the YC!

I got an email from WL IPO today. It was cool, because you just fill it in and hit send. No faxing etc, although they give you the option to print it. I just made the switch to WL for our Winter trip, WOW that was fast!!! After hearing all of WDWKOOKs rave reviews of WL CL, I am super excited!!! :santa:

BC Lounge - you can ask for beer anytime. They also will ask if you'd like to take some back to your room fridge for later.

I love WL CL. You are going to have a great vacation. :)

So when I booked the stay at the BWI CL when should I expect that they will contact me?? Do we need to pay off the reservation before they'll contact us or will they do it a certain number of days out or what??

Also, if we want a cake or some sort of florist celebration in the room will they help with that??

I'm not new to Disney, just new to CL as the adult planning the trip :roftl:

Thank you all so much for help and for this thread :)

I never wait for them to contact me. I always call or email on my own when I have something I want them to take care of for me. The contact information is in the begining of this thread.

I have never done a cake or florist so I don't know if they can help you with that but I wouldn't hesitate to ask.

For our two previous BWI CL stays and our third one in a few weeks their IPO department eventually sent us an e-mail with the form to fill out and a couple days later they e-mailed us when they saw some of our requests.

However if you want you can contact them right now to get things started on your ADR's and any requests you migth have.

We're staying BWI CL (new to us) before our cruise and BC CL (not new to us) after our cruise later this month. They share the same IPO and they are wonderful!!!

I'm planning a mini in-room celebration through IPO and I'm very excited to see the results. Here's how it's working: I e-mailed IPO to let them know that I was interested in an in-room celebration. They initially suggested Disney Florist, but based on advice from Disneymomx7 on the BC/YC thread, I told IPO I would rather work with them on something smaller and customized. IPO was happy to help!

So I sent IPO a list of pirate-themed items that I would like for them to purchase and set up in our room - mickey pirate ears, plush pirate mickeys, swords, eye patches, coins, beads, tattoos, treats, etc. IPO estimated the cost and put the items on a shopping list. I called with credit card information and they will purchase the items about a week before we arrive. Due to a recent change in policy, they said they can't have the items set up in our room until after we check-in. (They said it's to avoid misplacing the items or putting them in the wrong room.) So we just need to let the CL CMs know when we will be out for a while and they will set everything up in the room when we're out. We plan to grab lunch after we check in, so hopefully they can set everything up as soon as our room is ready!

I'm happy to answer questions about our experience so far and report back after our trip!! :)

Well, all great things must come to an end:guilty: We just got back yesterday from another wonderful Boardwalk stay. I miss my Florida family already:hug: The weather was warm but we have had a heat wave here in the midwest lately anyway. Rain only one day. We were up early and hit the parks fast and furious, then back in the afternoon so DD and her friends could swim before dinner reservations each night. I like putting in the relaxing atmosphere and next year we are going to incorporate a full day of it. I just can't say enough how much I love the Boardwalk, the staff both on Club level and everywhere else on property. We had so much fun watching the entertainers and one night Brian, the purple coat guy, came into Belle Vue Louge when it was raining and entertained all of us. It was a good time:rotfl: The parks were not bad, a few pet peeves here and there popped up like flash pics on Pirates, an adult knocking over one of the girls to get ahead of us at Tower of Terror, people catching up with the rest of the people in line after they got fastpasses, etc. I guess things like that will never change but how many cast members does it take in five minutes to tell the same person not to run to get to the rope through the International Gateway Entrance to EPCOT?:confused3 Sometimes kids are more behaved than the adults. Especially when it comes to one or two people staying Club Level deciding to let 10-12 people join them and take food away from the people that are staying there and being obnoxious in the process. Doesn't represent the company they work for very well. Oh well, it is what it is and I was in my happy place. Disney is still the greatest thing going to me, my DH, my DD, and her friends. We had a ball hanging with everyone and can't wait to go back. My girls trip is only 2 months away and our family trip is booked for next August!:woohoo:
