Concierge Booking Window Change

For sailings 7/14 and beyond you can now send your email 130 days prior to sailing.

I assume it’s because of the new ships. They probably aren’t hiring a bunch more shoreside staff and this will give them more time to get stuff booked each sailing before the platinum window opens.

Got our email for 7/25 Wish cruise. This will be our first concierge sailing. How are you supposed to let them know what tastings to book if you can't see a schedule for available activities until the platinum booking window opens? What am I missing?
