Concierge at AKL

We are checking into AKL concierge tomorrow. We will probably arrive between 10:30-11:00 am. If the room is not ready can we still use the concierge lounge and ammenities?

Absolutely - all hotels that I've ever stayed at on conciergel level allow that - at AKL tell them when you arrive you're on concierge level. You'll be taken up to the lounge to check in rather than wait in the lobby, so you can have a soft drink or whatever while you do that. They were very friendly there - they put wine out in the evening but if you ask, they always have cold beer too (doesn't really matter time of day). Have fun!
