Concierge and PS's

We are staying at GF Concierge after staying at BCV in September. I know the concierge planning people at GF will arrange our PS's but will they arrange them for the whole holiday or just the time we're at GF? How early should we contact them with our requirements?

I'd ask them if they can.

If you were more aggressive you could just give them the information, assume that they will do it, and ask for the confirmation numbers by return email.

Usually as a courtesy, they will extend their services for your entire trip. The concierge staff also has to wait for the appropriate ps window to open up before they can put in your requests. For most dining and recreation, that means 90 days. I'd drop them an e-mail somewhere between 3-4 months before you're due to arrive. They can place all your requests into the computer system and take care of them when the date pops up. I would ask them for a copy of your personalized itinerary after that's done and whenever you make any changes.
