I just made my priority seatings with someone from the concierge staff at the Polynesian. He made all of the reservations over the phone with me but a few days later my daughter mentioned that she really wanted to eat with Cinderella. I emailed the itinerary planner from the concierge staff and requested help with this reservation. He replied that they would not know until two weeks before our arrival as that is when they make those priority seating arrangements.
I don't understand this policy. They make all of the other arrangements within the same time periods as the general public. Why would they wait until well after the 60 day window? Does this sound right to anyone?
