Having been to Key West before, we decided to just walk around a little and shop. On a whim we got tickets ($20 each) for the conch train tour. The tram was pretty filled up but we got a seat in the 1st row of a car about 2/3 of the way back. The coupling (?) where our car joined the one in front of it squeaked so loud we couldn't hear a word the driver/guide was saying. The sound system wasn't too good and the squeaking drowned out the whole thing. About 2/3 of the tour was over when we stopped for a break. I realized we weren't far from where we'd started so we left and went back to the kiosk where I'd gotten our tickets to report noisy coupling and we were told just to send our tickets to the address on the stub and we'd get a full refund.
If you go on this tour, don't sit in the 1st or last row. Try to sit in the middle of a car near the driver.
