Concerige ??

We have decided to stay this year at the AKL Concerige with a request for the Savannah view. Traveling is my DH , DD 8 and myself. What I want to know is when does the CM from Conceriege call to help you plan for PS etc? I have read on the board about this, but have noted that for special Kilamanjaroo Safari offered to Conceriege level guests can only be booked 90 days prior to your check in. Our vacation is not till July, but can anyone tell I am a bit excited about this trip.

My family is normally the type to stay close to the MK, so we are really branching out. Once I saw the AKL on the travel channel on Great Hotels I knew we just had to stay there.

I'd contact them directly if you have a request for the Sunrise Safari. Sometimes, the concierge staff contacts you well ahead of time, sometimes closer to arrival and sometimes not at all. That has been my experience at least.
