Concerige Collection

I wanted to share my DVC experience with fellow DVCers about booking the Concerige COllection. We are planning on going to COlorado for Easter to visit friends and we wanted to combine it into a ski trip. I spent a bit of time at Keystones web site learning about the various accomodations. I called DVC, and got the point breakdowns for the various options. There is ski in ski out which is very high in points. And then nearby locations which have shuttles to the base areas within 1 mile. There are studios through 4 bedrooms. I did have a bit of difficulty matching up the names of the condo sections to the names DVC lists on the pdf files about keystone. We finally decided upon a 4 bedroom in the East Area of Keystone in the premium option. Is is going to cost us 277 points for 5 nights. It should be at the SKI TIP TOWNhomes. I called and made my request. The next day DVC called back to give me a confirmation, however she was giving me a confirmation for a different location. I asked why I didn't get my request, why did they change the location, she said this wasn't your second choice? I said I have no second choice. She said let me call you back. The next day she called me back again, and told me she was able to book my original request, there was some miscommunication between the original CM I talked to and the Concerige DEpt. I of course had to pay the $95 fee. I was also told with my DVC card, I will get 20% off all my lift tickets. I will let you know how nice the place is.
