How long does it take to combine reservations and see on My Disney Experience. First thing today, I called in to members services to combine a 6 day vacation and a 1 day reservation. 10 hours later , I still do not see anything to indicate that it is being done.

1975 offsite, 1978 Lake Buena Vista, 1981 Contemporary, 1983 Polynesian, 1996 All Star Sports, 2002 All Star Music, 2004 Contemporary, 2006 Caribbean Beach, 2006 Coronado Springs, 2013 Coronado Springs

Should be instant.... If you have signed up for my Disney Experience you can easily link the reservation yourself.

Maybe I am missing something. I could already see it on my Disney Experience, but it shows up as a separate ( 1 ) night day, in addition to my (6) night stay. I don't want to have a situation where I stay 6 nights and then have to check out and possibly have to check back in to a different room.

Same resort, room size and category should be able to be combined.

I would send an email via the member website instructing MS what you want to do. In the same contact form you can add your room requests.

Calling I have had mixed results with MS over the years getting things done correctly. Since using the contact form I have had probably 25 reservations modified and requests added without one error.

Thanks, I will send the request in a email. The reservations are for 1 bedroom, lake view at BLT. The only thing different between the two reservations is the member number, since I have more than one contract.

Are all of your contracts under one membership number?

If not, they can't be combined into a single reservation. They can be linked, but would remain as separate reservations.

I sent a email to member services three days ago but have not received a reply. My main concern is not being able to stay in same room. I called earlier and was told since it is linked and the room type and resort is the same, it should not be a issue. They suggested that I bring it to the attention of the front desk at check in , in case they haven't noticed the linked reservations ,
