Conatruction outside of Typhoon Lagoon

Does anyone know what all the construction outside of Typhoon Lagoon is. Is it related to Disney Springs?

They are doing a lot of street work for the disney springs project. I also believe the new state of the art laundry facility is going near here may be part of that also.

Laundry facility is going at the south west corner of Osceola and I-4 so it's probably not that. There is a construction yard to support Disney Springs south of Buena Vista Drive right before the Typhoon Lagoon entrance road.

Okay that's probably it, I didn't know exactly where that laundry was going. Buena vista drive is getting widened for disney springs as well.

They are building a parking structure across the road from Disney Springs. My guess is a cast garage since so many park over there.

First I have heard of this. The only garages I was aware of are the one on the Disney Springs side of the road for guest use.

That's just what I saw a couple weeks ago on my trip. It LOOKED like a parking garage although on the small side. =) Maybe it isn't.

Isn't there a new road going thru from I4/Epcot Center Road to Disney Springs parking garages?
I presume it will be elevated over Buena Vista Drive
