We will be staying at POP next week. We do not have a computer to take with us and I was wondering if maybe they have a computer for guests to use? Or maybe there is someplace else on property to use one? Thanks!

I don't know if they have computers or not but I think they should have coputers in all of Disney World hotel rooms. It would be a good idea so if people are ona business trip they could earn a ton of cash.

No, they don't.

They do have computers that you can pay to use at one of the hotels. The Contemporary, maybe?

Can you imagine how many computers would be destroyed every year by children (and adults) if the rooms were furnished with them?

If someone needs a computer to make some extra cash while they're on vacation, they should bring a laptop.

The contemporary should have one. Sarasota Springs does too. However...it is 15 dollars for fifteen minutes. A major expense it is indeed. My advice is to forget computers and forget making money and forget business. This is the dream world here and the rest of that stuff stays outdoors. My girl taught me that last time and she is very correct. :goodvibes

There are (or used to be) pay computers in stations that were similar to phone booths without doors. They were in many locations. Even the All Stars had some. They were not able to access "any and all" web sites although I did not figure out exactly what caused the restrictions. For example web sites that came up as a series of popup windows as opposed to in the same browser window holding the previous thing you were looking at.

I thought it cost much less than a dollar a minute but I don't remember.

A few years ago, they did have the touch-screen computers at ASMu. I can't remember the exact cost, but I'd go on to check e-mails and update anything I could (groupwork, etc.) But for our past few visits, I noticed it was replaced. Good thing, or else I'd have no excuse to do homework on vacation. :rotfl: (Man, I can't wait til May... stinkin' college!)

If you only need a computer to choose seats and print boarding passes, the front desk might be able to help you with that, free of charge!
