Computer Specs, need help

Hmmmm....I'm not sure about $$$. I'll ask DS to help me find what he's got in there now for a video card....he should be home around dinnertime. Maybe we can take it from there....

Good idea, you would need to know if it is PCI AGP or PCI-e before you can choose one.

Ok, DS has a Pentium 4, 2.53GHz CPU, 512 RAM, with NVIDIA GeForce 4 Ti4200 video card. He says he doesn't think he needs a new video card....just more memory and DSL. So much for an upgrade surprise I blew my own surprise by not knowing enough about what he had in his computer!

Is this game available on PS2 or XBox? I think you would be much better off getting a "base" PC. 80GB HD at the most...512MB Memory...basic graphics card...etc. Youcan get that for under $400. Then use the gaming console for gaming.

yes, but with limited support and online gameplay. I buy PC on all games available because of unofficial maps, mod tools, ect.
