We found the best prices on E machines at Circuit City.. BTW.. They are pretty good computers, both my DS and S-DS have one for college and they have never had a problem with them.

I found the best price (last year) at Circuit City...there were some rebates that brought the price to a decent range.

We have purchased 3 different E Machines at Best Buy over the years (I'm sure similar in price to Circuit City) with the bundled discounts with rebates and have not been disappointed. We did splurge on the upgraded model (usually $100 more) to get the bigger HD and memory on all 3.

We got ours at Best Buy it a model T2824 it was about 800.00 befor rebate and 450.00 after and we love it, no problems

We bought an Emachine from Computer Geeks on line. This has been our best PC ever. Computergeeks.com sells remanufactured PC for less and they have the cheapest shipping and handling I have ever seen. About $15 for a PC

If you look at any surveys out there regarding computer reliability, customer satifaction and customer support, eMachines has taken the top in all I've read.

BestBuy has ALOT of rebates on them - check out their website, as they have many bundles that are "online only" that are better than what you can find in the stores, because they take the inventory from various places instead of one single store.

Just saw in today's circuit city ad--the emachines T5026 for $549 after rebates. They are also offering free Tivo with purchase of any desktop, notebook or TV over $499. This has got me thinking!!

Hi!
Thanks for the response. We just checked our Circuit City add from yesterday and it wasn't in it. Maybe was it on-line?? We would love more info-Thanks-Ellen

I actually have an eMachines I bought on TigerDirect.com in August. I got a GREAT deal and have no complaints about the computer.

It's actually in the CompUSA ad, not Circuit City.

Someone (thanks!) posted that it was in the CompUSA flyer I just checked that flyer and no luck. Can you tell me where in the flyer you saw it?? Thanks:)

Sorry, I was wrong. It is CompUsa ad. I am looking at it online, but looks like you would have to pay shipping. I am not sure about getting the Tivo online, I'm still checking it out.
