The last few times I've tried to print some tax forms, some were done on Tax Act and some blank forms to fill out and mail in, some of them look like they're written in Russian. :scared1:

When I reprint them, sometimes they come out fine, sometimes they are half in English and half jiberish, sometimes it's all jiberish again. :confused3

Well, I don't have much knowledge to contribute, but here's a few ideas from someone who has suffered much from printers:

Update your printer drivers?

If the forms you're printing are pdfs, update your Adobe Reader?

When I get that gibberish coming out, sometimes I get an error message that says something about a printer overrun... can't remember the exact words.
Sometimes it works just to turn the printer off, cancel any jobs in the print queue, and turn the printer back on.

Maybe if I bump your question up, somebody who really knows what's what will come on and answer!

Try doing a realign. Your print head may be out of alignment. I've had that happen in the past.
