This may not be in the right place so mods feel free to move this thread. Ok here it goes. 
I really feel this tonight. My Windows Security Center is completely missing. Is there anyway to reinstall this valuable software. My PC has been acting up tons lately. Long story short I still have a black screen instead of Desktop and a windows security alert that my computer is in danger from Spyware. I ran my Norton and cleaned my PC but to no avail. It still says the same thing and when I click on the red X in my toolbar it downloads Brave Sentry not sure why. Can anyone help? Thanks so much.
