Computer help, my dh deleted our info from Money...got em back!

My dh accidently deleted our checking account from Microsoft money (without backing up). He then emptyed the recycle bin. Well, now I have no info at all for my checking account (or any other but this on is the most important). Is it possible that any of these files are left on the computer? And if they are how do I get them back?

I did a system restore and got them back. Now, I will change my password so my dh can't change stuff.

If you have Windows XP you could try reverting your computer to an earlier day. I don't know if this reverts documents though. I think a professional tech should be able to get your files back. I understand that they are still there until they are written over.
