computer gurus I need your help please ( word doc)

I copied my address book from my work site and it is in cells. I am trying to get rid of the cells so I can copy and paste the addresses onto my mailing lables. It is NOT working to put it mildly.

Is there a way I can delete the cells so I can export the list?

Select (highlight) the text that's in tables. Choose Table | Convert | Table to Text. You'll be able to choose how you want to separate text in adjacent cells, then click OK.

Thanks Kermit I had finally given up and entered everything maually I appreciate your help though I will file it away for next time
