Computer Glitch At MS This Morning

I called at 9 a.m. to add on to my ressie. The CM could not add on dates of 2-1 or 2-2--she could bring the days up but could not "save" them. She put me on hold for awhile to check into this, came back, and said she could hold the days for me, but still could not save. She suggested I call back later to make sure the ressie was OK.

Ohh--I'll be calling them back! (It's a standard studio at BWV.)

This happens every year at the end of February! They can't seem to get their computer program to handle a month that has less than 30 days!

Ahhhh we are slaves to those machines! LOL!!

I was thinking that leap year must also give them a headache! LOL!

I got the 2 nights, but what they had to do is start another ressie and link it to the original. One would think after 10 years that they'd be able to fix this.
