Computer experts: I need Yahoo email help

Ever since Yahoo! added Norton AntiVirus scan to their email program, I have been unable to attach files. It does not matter what computer I use, what internet connection, what time of day or how small the file, nothing will attach. The progress bar just keeps running and then disappears. This has been going on for more than a week.

I have emailed Yahoo three times about this and they have yet to answer. Unfortunately, I use Yahoo email for business, so this is a huge problem.

Does anyone have any advice? I can't believe I am the only one having this problem (I have been using Yahoo for years with no problems until lately).

I just checked it out, Barbe & had no problem. I was able to attach, saw the progress bar & then got the screen that said it was successful. The only weird thing was that the DONE button was so far at the bottom that I almost missed it.

FYI - They've had the Norton Scan on it for as long as I can remember. However, it's now the 2004 version, which has some very different functionality.

What is your default browser? IE or Netscape or another? What version of Windows are you using? XP, ME, 2000?

Hmmm - that's what I'm using. Are you up-to-date with all of the Windows Updates? I know I'm not right now. (No excuse - I just keep forgetting to do it before bed as I use dial-up.) I think I'm about a month behind.

But maybe there's something that changed with an update that I don't have?

I'll check with DH to see if he knows anything I've missed, but maybe you should try asking on the Tech Support board.
