Computer experts-help PLEASE

There is a toolbar by the name of "mirar" that has invited itself onto my computer. I don't know anything about computers and can't remove it.

I've tried using the control panel but it's not on the list to add/remove programs. HELP PLEASE. I will be forever grateful

Either should remove this and any other spyware you may be infected with. Just download them and follow the instructions. Let me know how it goes.
