Dell --- Don't even bother with ordering from them. I ordered a computer Nov. 17th. Dell said it shipped Nov. 20th. Still no computer. I've talked to about 5 or 6 representatives and no one has "found" my computer. I called Dell's shipping company APX and they "think" it might be in Ohio where I live but it's waiting for it's paperwork to catch up to it. I was at my wits end (considering this is a Christmas present) so I finally called and cancelled the order. They better refund my credit card soon. I could rant on here for hours upon end about the customer service or lack thereof. You can't reach anyone with the authority to do anything. And even when reaching supervisors they don't really ever follow through with your complaint. My advice to you pick a different computer company. And I might add this was the 4th computer we've ordered from them. Never had a problem before. This problem was my last with them.

hpshopping.com has free shipping on "select merchandise", so you might want to check there. I ordered one for DS & paid $120 shipping for 2 day shipping last week b/c they said it wouldn't be built until Dec 15. Got the computer on Monday. Check them out to see if they have what you want unless you just had your heart set on a Dell. We have an old HP & have never had any trouble out of it. It's just too old & slow & not enough memory, etc.
