Hi all. This isn't a board I usually frequent (I hang out on the resort and budget boards), but wanted to be sure you guys all knew about a great convention...just perfect for paper crafters. I'll be there, and my part right now, is to set up the contests. I hope I remember to come back and update you all, but if I don't the website is included:

Watch this spot..I'll soon be announcing the first of several contests
for the "PCCRAFTS Crafting Convention FALL 2005". Just to tease you a
bit, the prize for this one will be one of my most favorite items...a
Business Card Cutter!! Mine has saved me so much time. I just love it,
and have cut thousands of business cards with mine already! Already
have one? Then you can pick the equivalent in EDPS dollars!

Working on rules now, and will announce it within a few days.

It's still being solidified, but it looks like it will be within 20 or so miles of the Philly airport. Once the contracts are signed, I'll come back and update it.

PCCrafts Computer Crafting Convention Logo Contest!

This is the first of several contests we'll be having.

With an exciting PCCrafts convention coming up, we need to have a logo, just to use for this convention. We thought it would be fun, to see what you can come up with. The rules are simple:

1. Must be your original design, and not use any graphics that are copyrighted to another.

2. You must agree that it can be used on convention items (shirts, bags, paper goods, etc.), and posted on the http://www.pccrafts.com/ website

3. Must not have more than 3 colors in the design (one or two colors are fine).

4. Must contain the following words:
PCCRAFTS* Computer Crafting Convention
FALL 2005

5. You must allow color changes by the convention committee.

6. Winner will be required to send by regular mail, permission to use their design.

Deadline is May 1, 2005. It must arrive via email by that date as a .eps (preferred) or jpeg for the judging.


Prize is your choice of a Business Card Cutter, or equivalent in http://www.pccrafts.com/ dollars, to spend on the website.

You must include your name, address and phone number.

So, knock yourself out! You can send in as many entry's as you wish. You do not have to be attending the convention (although we'd love to see you there). Questions? Write to: PCCrafts entry@aol.com
