Computer access for boarding passes?

We will be leaving for POR on 3/28 and we are flying Southwest for the 1st time. A little nervous about not having seats. Even though we have flown offen my DD16 and DS13 do not want to sit by themselves.
Southwest told us that we can access their web sit midnight before the flight and request and print your boarding passes. Our flight is not until 3:30 p.m. so they told us that we probably would get 'A' passes and board where ever we would want. OK, now that is taken care of for flying down.
My concern is on the way back. We need computer and printer access to print out the return passes and I'd like to do it after midnight to be able to
get the 'A' passes. Is there anywhere that I can do this at POR? Will Guest Services do this for us?

I believe that, yes, the resort guest services will do that for you. Just take your confirmation number to them and they will take care of everything.

Thanks Shell76, I was hoping that they would take care of this. One last thing to worry about.

Just be sure to get online at 12:01am of the day you are leaving. Those A boarding passes go very quickly. And in case you don't know, once the A passes are gone for that particular flight you can't print passes for B or C until you get to the airport.
Have a wonderful trip.

Thanks DisneyforLife, I didn't know that! I'm glad I found that out, because if we weren't out at midnight, I was just waiting till morning.
Is Guest Services available at midnight? I don't think so. So now how do I access them? Will the front desk do this? Or can I go to some other resort that has a 24 hour business center?

I don't know the answer to that. I would think when you check into your hotel just explain what you want to do and I am sure they will have a solution for you.

We arrived home from DW 1 month ago today :(
I forgot about this thread that I started, but now that we are back I have some answers that might be able to help out someone else.

We stayed at POR and all we had to do was go to the front desk at midnight and ask them print our boarding passes out. We were flying with Southwest and that was the soonest that we could access them. The CM took our last name and the airlines we were flying with, went into the back, and minutes later, out she came with the passes. Super Easy!!!!!!!!!! All that stressing for nothing!~ :o

Glad to hear that you were able to get your boarding passes with no problems! Makes me feel a little bit better about our upcoming trip. Sorry your vacation is over, hope you had a blast and that you get to go back soon!

Just an FYI. I usually have the passes printed at around 6 a.m. -- I stop at guest services on my way to workout. I've never had any problem getting an "A" before.

Just an FYI....

You don't have to have the passes printed. As long as you check-in on a computer and ATTEMPT to print, you'll be okay. In other words, if you have access to a computer but not a printer, just click the print button after you do the computer check-in. Even though you can't print, the system knows you attempted and the SW agent at the gate can "re-print" the boarding passes for you. Again, this will only work if you click on the print feature on the computer after you've checked-in. I did this in Las Vegas a few weeks ago thanks to a tip from a SW Airline employee.

Another FYI ... you can now print boarding passes for "B" groups on your computer. I'm assuming you can for "C" group as well.

The ONLY time you can't get a boarding pass printed is if you have been "preselected" for a TSA screening. This happened last week to me at VWL. I went to the front desk to print my SPIRIT boarding pass and the CM got one of those "Sorry, we are unable to print your boarding pass at this time. Please see an agent". I went to the airport and tried to check in at one of the Kiosks and got the same error, so I had to stand in line for an agent (WARNING: GET TO THE AIRPORT EARLY). She printed my boarding pass and when I went through screening, I was told I was marked for what I call "SUPER SCREENING" I was wanded and ALL my carryons were searched!

I have been able to get my passes for SWA printed at the guest service desk at BC with NO problem. Just be sure to have your confirmation number for the CM.
