Compression stockings through airport security?

Has anyone had problems using compression stockings that are zippered when going through airport security? My home airport has the full-body scanners, so I don't think it will be an issue there. However, I'm not sure about Orlando airport.

I would prefer to have the stockings on before getting to the airport. Even with the zippers, they are not the easiest thing to put on. Certainly not without some contorting and verbal mutterings.

Orlando airport has full body scanners. I can't answer about the compression stockings, I have only worn traditional wool compression socks.

Do you have some pants that you can wear so that you can lift the leg enough to show them part of the stockings? If you're worried about it, you can always ask to opt out of the scanner and get a pat down. It might come to that anyway.

I have some very comfortable pants that I wear to fly in that feel almost like pajamas. I just can't bring myself to wear shorts on a plane. I get too chilly.

Thanks for everyone's input. I'll have them on and security can give me a hard time or not. I'll just deal with it then with my best "I'm going to Disney" smile.

Full body scanners at Orlando airport. Chances are they will pick up the zipper and then just pat down that area. Not a big deal.
