Complimetary 1 day park hopper ticket?

I recently booked our bounceback for next sept at akl with 2 day park hoppers and today noticed it says my bf and i both have the 2 day park hoppers but he has an additional 1 day complimentary park hopper ticket. Does anyone have any idea why he has this and why i dont lol?

Really its probably a glitch. Check email and see if there is a message about it tho. Where you there during Irma?

Currently my son has a spare 2 day hopper but I really think its a glitch. I am waiting till after we get back to try and figure out why he has 2 tickets.
