Complimentary transportation to Busch gardens

Has anyone taken the complimentary transportation to Busch Gardens?
If so did you find it ok?
How long did it take to get there?
How often do they run?

I've taken it twice,the bus I believe picks up at Sea World and a few other hotels.Both times I took it were from the last hotel it picks up,Maingate Lakeside on 192 near Sherbert rd.It picks up from that location at 9:40am goes west on 192 to the 429 expressway where it then turns west on I-4.It'll get you to the gate at Busch Gardens just before 11:00am if traffic is fine.It then leaves at 7pm,the bus driver will tell you to be on the bus between 6:30-6:45pm.The first time I took it it left at 6:55 since it had everybody on board,on the last trip however they were missing someone and he waited until 7:20 and left without them.They will put on a movie on the bus to keep you entertained and even a little Busch Gardens video about 5 minutes before arriving.I always have my car when I'm in Orlando but I like taking the bus,I prefer to drive home from Orlando than from Tampa and even tipping the driver $10 it saves me some money in gas.Overall it's a good service to get you to BG.
