complimentary concierge upgrades?????

I have read a few posts about receiving concierge level upgrades, with little or no cost. I will be staying at the bc, the last week in August. How do I make this happen. We will be celebrating our 25th.

It is pure pixie dust. You can ask nicely if there are any upgrades available but they are not as common as it seems here on the DIS.
