Complicated Pin-Code Upgrade Question...

I was able to book two nights at the Poly with a pin code I received back in September as part of our trip next week. We originally wanted garden concierge but it wasn't available at the time so we booked garden view instead. Well this morning I was on WDW's website and a garden concierge room is available...Is there any way to upgrade to the concierge room using the pin discount we used on the original ressie or would I have to pay rack rate?

I can't I'm waiting to hear from my TA since they reservation is through them. I was hoping someone might know so I don't get my hopes up while I wait
