I am trying to figure out where our family should make reservations for our table meals. My husband, mom and me will eat anything! Our 3 yo dd and 5 yo ds are rather picky. Chicken nuggets, hot dogs, PBJ, etc. We will have the dining plan, and these are the restaurants I have in line thus far.

Crystal Palace
Ohana
Le Cellier
Yak and Yeti
Boma
Biergarten

We are staying 7 nights in Sept, and I was planning on using our TS meals at dinner. Opinions on these choices? Is there a major restaurant I am missing that I will regret not going to? I have studied menus to make sure these have food my kids will eat and they look like they do. Can anyone confirm? (A little worried about kid food at Biergarten...plain hot dogs?)

I would be willing to pay for a character breakfast, but which one?

If your DD likes princesses I would recommend 1900 Park Fare at the GF or Akershus (for Breakfast) @ Epcot in Norway. These are family favorites of ours. My DS 7 LOVES Chef Mickey's and so does our daughters (this is at the Contemporary) Tusker House Breakfast @ Animal Kingdom is also great. Just some of our favorites! :goodvibes

My kids (DS3 and DD14 months) LOVED the biergarten! Make your ADR for a time when the band will be playing. They do have frankfurter hot dogs and lots of other sausages as well as mac & cheese and lots of different potoato dishes. Plus delicious desserts. They ate more there than they did on the entire trip!

Both my kids also liked Ohana - I know you can also request chicken nuggets for kids there.

Ok, if I was going to pick a character it would be Chef Mickey's. I think your son and daughter both would love itl. Plus it is a fun atmosphere & good food. On the Yak and Yeti they do have good food, but they have a counter service option right beside their table service rest. So, we did the counter service for lunch, then ate somewhere that was exclusively a TS (Chef Mickey). We also have ate at Akershus, and my dd's fell in LOVE with it. Liberty tree tavern I think is way underated, it was one of the best comfort food places ever. Plus really really yummy deserts. :goodvibes

I would add one or two more character meals for the kids! Donalds Safari Breakfast and 1900PF maybe?

My three kids all LOVED Chef Mickeys. Each time we go they want to go there. I switched it up a little this time and we are going to Cape May Cafe for breakfast. I heard it's great there too!
