Complete Orlando- do you get actual tickets sent out

We are due to travel to disney in a few weeks, we have booked our hotel and tickets through complete orlando. Do we get stuff sent out in the post or do we just take the booking ref with us for check in. Also do they send out actual tickets or are these just added to the room key (as would be with a US made booking).

Complete Orlando is the sister company of Attraction Tickets Direct and you'll receive actual theme park tickets.

I presume because you mentioned the room key that you are staying onsite. If so the tickets are 'issued' as part of your KTTW card when you check-in.

You will have a bit of paper from CO that you hand over at the reception when you arrive at your resort with details of your accommodation, dining plan and tickets.

If you have booked other attractions such as Universal, Seaworld etc.. I would imagine these would be real tickets as per UKDEB's comment.

If you are staying at a Disney resort with Disney tickets you just need photo ID to check in - they won't even ask for the voucher CO send you - tickets will be added to your KTTW
