Complementary Cookie from Akershus-good or bad?

Have DD 4th bday breakfast there...you can only order a big cake for 25.00 or you can receive the complimentary shortbread cookie that has the viking horns dipped in choc. saying happy bday.

I am trying to gauge and see if my dd would like it or not...can you help?

We only ate the chocolate part. For some reason, I think because of the way they store it, it isn't crispy, it's kind of soggy/soft. I think it's kept in the fridge because of the Florida heat and the chocolate on it.

It is a sugar cookie.
