What is your complaint? You should share it with all of us here on the boards so we can debate it and defend Disney. ;)

Here is what I found on a 3 second google search.

Disney Complaints and Comments:
Walt Disney World Guest Communications
P.O. Box 10,040
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-0040

Disney Guest Relations - 407-824-4321

Start by going to WDW site. Just type in Walt Disney World .com, then at the very bottom there are sites you can go to. Hit the contact us site, and fill it all in. It will take a few days, but you will get an e-mail, that says they got the note and will look into it. If you feel you really need to talk to someone, I have also written that in the e-mail. Like, I would really like to discuss this with a customer rep. They will call you.

Don't do it! Step away from the computer and do not share you details here. It only gets messy. Give WDW a shot to hear your complaint and work up a a resolution (if needed) for you before bringing it to the public court of opinion.

This.

As curious as we all are, there are bound to be people here with... differing... opinions that may start a whole bunch of drama. You know. :furious:

AGREE!!

Even though we all come on here for opinions, suggestions, etc., there are some things that are just better left as a silent request, silent note, silent complaint when it comes to peanut galleries.

You'll eithe rbe preaching to the choir or opening up an explosive topic that could make your complaint fair more worse than what it was originally.

All I can say is that I was at Disney in June, had a specialty cake make, had a minor issue, calmly emailed and thanked them for their hard work, time, and efforts, and simply stated how I was a little disspointed in some of the detail I had paid for.

THe girls at the Bakery called me back several times, talked it over, and in the end, they did things for me that were above and beyond what I ever expected.

Theres a way to make a complaint in a positive way without having to get as nasty, rude, or even unkind to the person/place where the incident happened. if we come off crazy, and rude, then we are just as bad as the person/situation that we are making a statement or complaint about!

hope it turns out well for you!!

:goodvibes

I have to admit I am very curious as to what was so wrong, as the OP asked for the same address about a month ago. Either they are very unlucky or something really really bad went wrong on their trip.

Or they are a 'I'll do it tomorrow person' and put it off til now, then couldn't find the address from when they last posted .... ooh! that sounds like me :teeth:

Thats true too!

I will say the one time I sent a complaint e-mail off to WDW they called me back and tried to make it right for me. In person at the resort I got nowhere.

I received an email back within a couple of days acknowledging receipt of the email, followed by multiple call backs addressing the issue.

THANKS ALL FOR YOUR HELP! and no, i won't post my complaint here. Off to Disney it goes. I hope you all have great vacations. :goodvibes

aaahhhh! Spoilsport!:rotfl: Come on it's been a slow day.

Seriously, you moderators do a great job! Thanks!

Here's the thing...it's really easy to contact WDW...just go to their official site, look for 'contact us' and away you go!!! There is really not a huge need to come here, asking for addresses to send complaints to. It just opens a huge can of worms.
I have used that contact info many times....usually for good things. But, when something less than wonderful happens, I usually deal with it, at the time, while at WDW. Then, if it isn't rectified there, I send off that email when I get home. I have even sent off the email telling Disney of how impressed I am with the way something was resolved. I have gotten a call back about 75% of the time.

Why shouldn't posters come on to a discussion board to seek advice...this is precisely why the DIS is here :)

I will say again what has been stated countless time before.. those that want to create mischief and mayhem need to find another outlet. We welcome questions being asked 1000's of times, just as cast members do, since to the individual this could be all new to them.

Together we will make Theme Parks and Attractions the most welcoming and helpful board on the DIS :)
