Complaint letter to TCD

Has anyone ever got a satisfactory reply from TCD when complaining about their holiday?

I sent a very long letter to them on 16 June and 2 days later had a letter saying that they would reply to me within the 28 days advised by ABTA after they had investigated my complaint.

When I phoned today to see if any progress had been made I was told the Customer Relations do not answer phone calls. How do you get anything out of them if you can only send a letter and they dont reply to this? Have I lost the plot ? !

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also we booked to go with them in September prior to our May trip - I dont want to go now - and have received the remittance advice for payment by 19 July. I was hoping that they would reply to my letter by now. Any ideas of how I can get out of losing my deposit for our second trip would be wonderful?

I was beginning to think there was nobody out there! thanks for the reply.
I have posted a private message for Stebo as I am unable to send him an email - How do I know if he gets this?

Just incase he reads this my booking ref was 35980.
