Complaint Address

Hi there,

During our Christmas vacation I received a less than Disney service at the open house at SS by a young man named Jacelyn and a quality assurance representative named Bill, weeks later I am still unhappy and wish to write and complain. Please can you advise the correct address or email.

Last time I stayed at SS and the room was in shabby condition so one of the guys on here told me to email : dvcmembersatisfactionteam@disneyvacationclub.com
I think you can call (edited out the regular number for MS) too
just have your member number because they get cranky now when they have to put that extra effort to search for it!

We had some issues last August when staying at a DVC resort and I sent an email when we got home to Guest Relations and also commented on a survey I took. They called about 2 weeks later and wanted to know specifics on what happened and what I tried to do to resolve the issue, who I had reported the issue to while I was there, etc. The lady I spoke to was very nice and she ended up giving me a 1 night 2BR stay at any of the DVC properties(Except BLT & VGC...the new ones)

I think you can call the (removed MS 800) number too just have your member number because they get cranky now when they have to put that extra effort to search for it!

They get cranky? I would report that as well.

I've held out on my complaints since December as well.

I did my first stay at DVC at Kidani and our first trip was less than stellor.

Upon checkin we were told our room was ready, we checked in and headed to the room. We had reserved a 1br Savannah view. We were stuck in the last room in the corner, basically not much of a Savannah room. Upon walking in there was a strong smell or moisture/wetness inside. It surprised me even more when there was a DVC person INSIDE the room. He was surprised to see us as well. He stuttered and mentioned that the room had a problem the dishwasher possibly had leaked all over and all we could smell was soap. He then explained that they shouldn't have let anyone in the room. He said someone would be there to fix it eventually. But after getting headaches (yeah that strong), I took other actions.

I made my call down to the CM and complained, and after a few minutes I was moved the 5th floor dead center. On the other side of the resort. After checking into my room the AC unit grill was half off the wall. The sheets on the fold out couch were caught and mashed inside the sofa the only way to unfold the couch was by ripping the sheets, taking two of us. The curtain rods up topwere bent and you couldnt open them with the rods that hung down below. Halfway through the trip they both broke off.

I'm not sure what was going on that day but I hope this isn't some of the problems we have to deal with every time we go. I paid good money and expect to go on my trip and not have to worry about everything falling apart while there.

Regardless for a new resort, these kind of things shouldn't be happening.
