I guys I was just wondering if anyone knows the address to send letters of complaint to. I've had a look on the web site but can only find a general email address.

I wouldnt even bother complaining.....we had the right hump about something before (which could have ruined the whole trip), basically you'll get a letter back saying we have received your complaint and we dont agree.

Thanks Cyrano would you believe I've actually been lurking on this site for about 3 years but have only just registered! It shows how good you all are that all my questions are always answered before I even have to ask them!

Stonfiesta, we were actually told to right a letter of complaint by an American guy called Steve who was working there(I think he is pretty high up as we ran into him acouple of times and all the other cast members looked up to him) Its about the recent strikes and some trouble we had with the strikers and Steve said he wanted us to make an offical complaint so the big bosses in America would take it more seriously but silly me forgot to ask for an address!

We write to the same email address attached after my daughter fell coming out of the shower in the swimming pool changing rooms at the SL. We got a nice response with a signed piccie of winnie the pooh and £32 compensation.
 
I have used that email address too and they replied to it and it was detailed not a couple of lines fobbing you off.


So you could try that and also ask for the head office address for the park.

I have to admit I haven't found them that good at dealing with complaints either. I've tried 1/2 dozen times to obtain a copy of the brochure but it never appears. I've used different postal addresses for them to send it to without any success. I emailed their contact address, detailing the problem - promised a response, got told one would be put into the post asap - - nothing. Tried again to order a brochure - still no brochure, emailed their customer service.......well you can guess the rest I'm sure. The upshot is still no brochure so I'm a bit fed up with their customer service

I got two maybe one of them was yours!!!
 
Who can say! I'm still waiting either way. I've had one more try at contacting their customer services yet again. It's a shame they are letting themselves down this badly
 
The brochure I got is exactly the same as the one that can be downloaded from the disneylandparis.com website. Maybe you can save yourself a wait??
