Never been on ROTM before. I'm not a huge thrill ride junkie. I love Everest. How would you say Mummy ranks in terms of losing your lunch factor with Everest?

I would say it's slightly more intense than Everest and a little more thrilling.. but only slightly more. If you can do Everest, you can do Mummy.

The mummy is a great indoor thrill ride. There are some great visual effects as well as cool motion elements.

I've been on both, and the backwards part in Everest almost gets me nautious depending on where I'm sitting in the train. There is not really any spot in Mummy that kicks my motion sickness in.

Everest is much longer than Mummy, but Mummy offers more of a story feel to it.

Both rides are great IMO and if you can handle Everest, Mummy will be fine, and fun.

they are both thrilling, but much prefer 10 rides on everist, than even 1 ride on the mummy....

Mummy has more show scenes then Everest. The coaster portion on Mummy is very short. Only about 30 seconds long.

We love rollercoasters and prefer The Mummy over Everest. Thrillwise, I think they are about even. There are definitley more thrilling coasters and I think both Everest and Mummy are on the lower end of thrills. If you could handle Everest, I think you will be fine on Mummy. That said, there is much more theming on The Mummy.

I'd compare Mummy to Dinosaur! more than EE.

I love Dinosaur as well. Could ride that all day without getting sick. Everest after maybe 5 or 6 times starts to make me a bit lightheaded.

Both have backwards motion, both have track switches, both have impressive animatronics.

Everest is fun, fast, and the yeti at the end makes you go  as you're intruding in his area.

ROTM is fun, fast, and Imhotep makes you go :scared1: :scared1: as he wants to steal your soul.

I'd say that Everest has a more lose-your-lunch (that backwards part gets me every time) feeling than ROTM.

OH MY GOD I LOVE THE MUMMY RIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EE & Dinasour ride, but i LOVE LOVE LOVE the mummy (& the movies)!!!

imo, everest is a cake walk:confused3

the mummy made me feel as though my head was going to snap off...i do have upper spine/cervical issues though:rolleyes1

agree that it is def more along the jolting type of motion ala dinosaur (another i don't ride anymore)

They're hard to compare because Mummy has a rougher track layout but it lacks the intense g-forces of Everest's backwards section. The actual coaster portion of Mummy is also much shorter than Everest.

Loved EE but ROTM probably slightly better because of the visual effects, and is not as smooth a ride as EE

i also love the dinosaur ride, but i guess because i've always loved anything jurassic
