Compare cash vs. points

I have a reservation for my family for a 2BR Boardwalk Villa (BW View), for President's Week. I have it booked on points, but I'm just curious what the cost would actually be if I was paying cash for this villa. It is for five nights (Arriv. Sun - Check out Fri.). I can't get into the Disney site from my computer for some reason, so I'm hoping someone here can help me! Thanks.

- BW view can only be booked on points (not even member cash), so villa would likely be pool/garden view.
- disney.com is showing "no availability" for those dates in a BWV 2-bdrm, so cannot get an exact quote.

to get an idea tho, allears shows (2/14-2/23) presidents week 2013 at $1,193 per night rack rate ($5965) PLUS 6.5% Fla sales tax, and 6% County tax - about $6700.
(also, I am not positive if more than 2 adults in a room - 4 in a 2-bdrm - would incur DRC/CRO's $25 per day, per each additional adult fee).

I recently have been booking weekdays with points and because Fri. and Sat. are usually alot more points, sometimes it is cheaper to book one or both of those days on cash. Call member services and they can tell you what a night would cost. Sometimes they have member discounts for certain dates and room types. I have called every day for a couple of weeks until I got the member discount only because they offer them and discontinue them frequently.
